Certificates indicating date of death and details of the deceased. Note that from 1973 to 1987, deaths filed late are generally found in the series unit pertaining to Worcester County. Certificates from 2002 to 2014 were scanned in 2017 at the Division of Vital Records from paper books still in that agency's possession; scans were uploaded to the network ahead of any transfer of the paper originals.

Certificates for 1973 to 1987 are arranged by month and year of death, then by county, then alphabetically by the name of the deceased.
Certificates for 1988 to present are arranged by certificate number.
