Series Description
Right of way plats for state and federal roads, filed by the State Roads Commission for court cases designed to facilitate the condemnation of land for roads and the payments to land owners. The records in this series may be duplicates of those in (State Road Plat Book) in series C2360. Because of this uncertainty the documents in the book will be included in the scanning project. The Archives will create an electronic finding aid from the records themselves.
